Online Scheduling Temporarily Out of Service

If there are no appointments available on the online scheduling system and you cannot wait for another day, please feel free to call (212) 996-2995 - we can generally fit in emergency appointments when necessary.
For new patients, there are some forms that need to be filled out before the visit. My staff will email you an invitation for a patient portal account, and once you have registered, you can fill these out online. While you can also do this in the office, doing it ahead of time will save you a lot of waiting time on the day of your visit, so we encourage that!
